The project will focus on maximising usage of available feedstock and its subsequent valorisation of side streams into innovative bio-based ingredients. B-Resilient project is built on a zero-waste and circular concept, improving the competitiveness of food processing SME from an environmentally sustainable perspective.
BioeconomyVentures aims at creating an entrepreneurial ecosystem within the bio-based industry sector by offering support, brokerage and networking services to the relevant stakeholders. We create the platform for bioeconomy-based start-ups and spinoffs, driving their access to finance, becoming the future lighthouse in the European bioeconomy ecosystem.

A pioneering Decision-Support Tool, based on mathematical models to predict agri-food residual streams and to identify best routes for valorising them. Model2Bio will develop a predictive model to help identify, select and reuse organic waste streams. The model will specifically cover stream composition, volume and transformation as well as logistics and business cases.
